Pandit Sri Nagasiva Sharma joined our Austin Hindu Temple family in June 2017. Before coming to Austin, Sriman Nagasiva worked as a Veda Pandit and freelance priest at Sri Sringeri Shankaramatam Devastanam, Hyderabad for 9 years. Panditji is a Shukla Yajur Vediya Krama Pati and also trained in the Smartha traditions. He has also studied Krishna Yajur Veda and various Karma Kaandas for over 11 years from his guru Sriman Vempati Parthasaradhi after which he took up teaching other vedic students for about 2 years. Panditji is an expert in performing various Karma vidhis including Panchadasha karmas, Abhishekams, Homam and Alamkarana. Panditji is a Chandi Upasaka and performs all kinds of Devi related Pujas. While Panditji’s speciality is in Chandi homa where he has guru upadesa, he is also an expert in panchadasha karmas including Pumsavanam, Seemantham (Baby Shower), Namakaranam (Naming Ceremony), Annaprasana (First Feeding Ceremony), Wedding (Marriage), Upanayanam (Thread Ceremony), Shanti Pujas, Homams, Satyanarayana Vratam, Gruhapravesha Puja, Vaastu Puja, Kalasarpa Shanti Pujas etc. Over the years, Panditji participated in as well as conducted various large events including Shata Chandi, Sahasra Chandi, Koti Rudra, Ati Rudra, Maharudra Yagnyas in India. Panditji is also an expert in Maha Lingarchana, Sahasra Lingarchana, Mahanyasa Poorvaka Rudraabhishekams and Kalyanams to various deities. Panditji is very fluent in Telugu and Hindi while having an basic understanding of Tamil and English. Panditji is married and have two beautiful children.

Pandit Sri Lakshmikanthacharyulu Nambi joined Austin Hindu Temple in January 2018. Sri Nambi worked as a priest at Sri Anjaneya Swami Devastanam, Mothinagar, Hyderabad for 4 years and as a Veda Pandit at Srirangam. Panditji is a Krishna Yajur Vediya Krama Pati and also trained in the Smartha traditions. Panditji is an expert in Aradhana, Veda Parayanam, Brahmotsavam, Pratisthtantam in Pancharathraagam.. Panditji is an expert in panchadasha karmas including Namakaranam, Annaprasana, Vivaha, Upanayanam, Homa, Satyanarayana Vratam, Gruhapravesha Puja, Vaastu Puja, Sampoorana Veda Parayanam, and Mahanyasa Poorvaka Rudraabhishekams. Pandit ji is also knowledgeable in conducting Brahmotsavams, Pratishtadi programs, Udaga Shanti, Sitarama Kalyanam, Sri Venkateshwara Kalyanam, Siva Parvathi Kalyanam etc. Panditji is very fluent in Telugu, Kannada, English, and Hindi. Pandit Sri Padmanabhan Alavoor Srinivasaraghavan joined the Austin Hindu temple family in May 2022. Prior to the Austin Hindu Temple (USA), Pandit ji worked in the Pomona Sri Ranganatha Temple (USA – 2005), the Hindu Cultural Centre Of North Alabama (Sri jagannatha swamy temple – USA – 2005 to 2009) and Srirangam (India) Temple as Veda Vaadhyaar about 12 years. Panditji studied Krishna Yajurveda. Panditji is proficient in performing Aradhana, Brahmotsavam, Pratisthtantam and Pancharatha Raagam. Pandit ji is an expertt in Prabandham (thiruppallandu, thirupalli eguzhchi, thiruppavai etc), panchadasa karmas including Namakarana, Annaprasana, Upanayanam, Homam, Satyanarayana Vratam, Griha Pravesh Puja, Vaastu Puja, Veda Parayanam, and Mahanyasa Purvaka Rudrabhishekam. Pandit ji is also competent in conducting Brahmotsavams, Pratishta programs, Udaga Shanti, Sitarama Kalyanam, Sri Venkateswara Kalyanam, Siva Parvathi Kalyanam, Sudarshana homam, Ganapathy homam and much more. Pandit ji is married and has three kids. Panditji is also a Sanskrit scholar. Panditji completed his studies in Veda adhyayanam and Mphil (Sanskrit). Pandit Sri Karthik Adinarayanan Soundararajan joined the Austin Hindu temple family during the second week of june 2022. Panditji worked in Madurai Sevuga Perumal kovil (India – 1998 to 2008), Mysoor Lakshmi Narasimha Kshetram Parashara gurukulam (India – 2008 to 2021). Panditji also worked in several temples as a priest on ad hoc basis during utsavams like Jayaveera Hanuman kovil padithurai, Vaikunda naathar temple thevaaram, varadharaja perumal temple (Myanmar – Burma). Panditji is a Yajurveda and Pancharatra Agama Pundit. He is an expert in Alankarams and rituals including Namakaranam, Annaprasana, Homa, Satyanarayana Vratam, Gruhapravesha Puja, Vaastu Puja, Divya Prabadha Parayanam, and Mahanyasa Purvaka Rudrabhishekam. Panditji is also knowledgeable in conducting Vishu Brahmotsavams, Pratishta programs, Sitarama Kalyanam, Sri Venkateshwara Kalyanam, Siva Parvathi Kalyanam, etc. Panditji is married and has two beautiful children. Pandit ji is fluent in Tamil and can understand/speak English.

Pandit Sri Dhileep Kumar M joined the Austin Hindu temple family during mid August 2022. Before coming to Austin, Panditji worked as a priest in Thirunallar Saneeswaran temple in India and Geylang Shiva temple in Singapore. He has a combined 10 years of experience in several types of rituals, including Kumbhabhishekams and Utsavams. He completed his education in Shivagama Pravara. In 2012, he was subsequently awarded the Shivagama Vidhyanidhi from Veda Agama Samskruta Maha Pathasala in Bangalore. Pandit ji is fluent in Tamil, Kannada, Telugu, Hindi, and English. Dhileep Kumar’s expertise and pleasant personality is an asset to the Austin community.

Pandit Sri Vishwanath Sharma Adithyuni joined the Austin Hindu temple family on June 14th, 2023. Before coming to Austin, Panditji served as a priest in a Shiva temple for 10 years in Telangana, India. Panditji performed all types of pujas and havans, including Kumbhabhishekams and Utsavams for many years. He completed his training in the Smartham tradition in 2007 from Jagadevapuram Pathashala of Medak over a period of four years. Pandit ji is fluent in Telugu, and Hindi. Panditji is also learning English. PanditJi is married with one son. PanditJi’s expertise and pleasant personality has already made him an asset to the Austin Hindu Community.

Pandit Sri Satyanarayana Sarma joined Austin Hindu Temple in the 1 st week of December 2023. After completing 10 years of education at Sri Sankara Gurukula Veda Patasala in Hyderabad, he was honored with the title Rigveda Kramapati (Avadani) in 2005. He belongs to more of a smartha tradition. After completing his education, SatyanarayanaJi served as a priest for over a decade at Sri Veer Anjaneeya Swamy Devasthanam, Santhapeta, Ongole. He also worked as an independent Purohit for couple of years in Ongole, Thiruvuru, Vijayawada and Hyderabad. He is experienced in performing Upanayanam, Shashtipoorthi, various havans, vratas, all sanskaras as well as daily rituals and Utsavas in temple. PunditJi is well versed in Telugu, Hindi and Tamil and has a working knowledge in English. PunditJi is married with a son.
