*NEW* ANNOUNCEMENTS & UPDATES
(Please keep checking back between now and the event for updates.)
1. Thanks to the 100+ registered participants we have already! Remember, preregistration is preferred but "walk-ins" are welcome! Also, if you can only come for one day that is okay too (although if you come Saturday it will be hard to stay away on Sunday) :)
2. We are still in need of instrumentalists who can accompany Uncle Jega when he sings during his talks, as well as for the short bhajan sessions on both days. If you are interested, please email info@austinhindutrac.org.
3. We would like to thank the individuals who have volunteered to be youth speakers and present on the lives of Hindu Saints & Sages.
4. For parents with young children (who may not be able to sit throughout the workshop), there is a small side room where children can nap and play (please bring your own toys, blankets, etc.). There is also a newly-built playscape outside. We request parental supervision at all times. In addition, there is a fridge in the kitchen if you need to keep baby bottles. If you have any other questions regarding the facilities, please email info@austinhindutrac.org.

CALL TO YOUTH!
As per Uncle Jega's request, we need youth speakers and instrumentalists to participate in the TRAC workshop.
One male and one female speaker will give a fifteen-minute presentation on the life and teachings of a Saint of their choice (preferably one North Indian and one South Indian Saint). If you are a youth (15 - 30 years old) and would like to present, please email info@austinhindutrac.org by Feb. 22.
We also need instrumentalists as Uncle Jega weaves music into the TRAC presentation. His tunes and rhythms are simple to follow and non-classical, so anyone with at least intermediate experience can volunteer. If you play the harmonium or tabla, please email info@austinhindutrac.org by Feb. 28. |

WANT TO VOLUNTEER?
If you would like to help get ready for TRAC (e.g.: event publicity, hall, food, etc.), either leading up to or during the workshop, please email volunteer@austinhindutrac.org. |
